Prepare to be surprised at the variety of herbs one can grow in a small back garden and used to stay healthy.
Dr Dilis Clare opened her herb garden to the public on Sunday, 23rd June from 12 to
6 pm in aid of COPE Galway and Galway Rape Crisis Centre. Dr Clare and her team from Health and Herbs led a number of tours on the day with a wealth of information on the uses and benefits of using herbal remedies and identifying some very common herbs that we can mistake as pesky weeds in our gardens!!
“It is always a pleasure to share my garden and a passion for herbs for foraging, seasoning and medicine. People are amazed at the range of familiar plants that they pass every day, never suspecting the hidden benefits within their leaves, stems and roots. We bring the magic of healing herbs right into your teapot”
