Awards & Achievements

We pride ourselves on our food safety record and our adherence to best practice and all food regulation.

The executive chef and staff make a tremendous effort to ensure the kitchen standards are the highest possible and in recognition of this we have achieved The Q Mark awarded by Excellence Ireland quality association at the highest possible level for the last four consecutive years. 


In 2010 we also won the Q mark for food safety and hygiene, the only not for profit food producer to have ever done so.
